What to Include
Help us help you faster by including:
System Information:
- macOS version (e.g., macOS 15.1)
- Radial version (found in About section)
- Mac model (e.g., MacBook Pro M1 2021)
Problem Description:
- What you're trying to do
- What's happening instead
- Any error messages
- When the problem started
Screenshots and Videos:
- Screenshots and videos help us understand the issue
- Include relevant settings or error dialogs
- Blur any personal information
Response Times
- General inquiries: Within 24 hours
- Technical issues: Within 24-72 hours
- Urgent/critical issues: Within 24 hours
Support is only available in English.
License and Purchase Issues
Lost license key:
- Use "Recover License" in app settings
- Check email and spam folder. Search all emails from hello@appverge.net
- Email support with purchase details
Technical Problems
Macros not working:
- Review common issues
- Email support with macro details if still stuck
App crashes:
- Note when crashes occur
- Check Console app for crash logs
- Send crash reports to support
Performance issues:
- Describe when slowness occurs
- Note which actions are slow
- Share Activity Monitor screenshots
