System Control Action
Control media, volume, brightness, display, and system state — all from a single action.
What It Does
The System Control action gives you one-tap access to common macOS system functions without touching the menu bar or opening System Settings.
Available Actions
Media
- Play / Pause — Toggle playback
- Next Track — Skip to the next track
- Previous Track — Go back to the previous track
Volume
- Volume Up — Increase system volume
- Volume Down — Decrease system volume
- Set Volume — Set volume to a specific level
- Toggle Mute — Mute or unmute
Brightness
- Brightness Up — Increase display brightness
- Brightness Down — Decrease display brightness
- Set Brightness — Set brightness to a specific level
Toggles
- Toggle Appearance — Switch between Light and Dark Mode
- Toggle Bluetooth — Enable or disable Bluetooth
- Toggle Hidden Files — Show or hide hidden files in Finder
- Toggle Stage Manager — Enable or disable Stage Manager
- Toggle Wi-Fi — Enable or disable Wi-Fi
Display
- Sleep Displays — Turn off all displays immediately
- Show Desktop — Hide all windows and reveal the desktop
