Introduction

Thank you for choosing Radial. These terms outline the guidelines for using our software, including your rights and responsibilities. By using Radial, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

License Usage

Purchasing Radial provides you with a license to install and use the app on up to 5 devices you personally own. This license is for personal use only and cannot be shared or distributed to others.

Sharing or publicly distributing your license may result in its deactivation without a refund.

Payments

Payments for Radial are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Only necessary details, such as your email and name, are retained to manage your license.

We offer a 7-day free trial for all apps so you can evaluate them before purchasing. Failed payments are automatically refunded by Stripe. If you encounter technical issues after purchase that prevent the app from functioning as described, please contact us at support@appverge.net within 14 days. We will work to resolve the issue and may provide a refund on a case-by-case basis if we cannot fix it.

AI Pro Subscription

AI Pro is an optional paid subscription that adds AI-powered text actions inside Radial. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis at the prices shown in the app. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal, accessible through Radial's settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. AI Pro requires a paid Radial license; trial licenses are not eligible.

AI Pro is sold under fair use. Our backend automatically selects an appropriate AI model for each request based on aggregate usage; users with very heavy sustained usage may be served by faster, smaller models in order to keep the service available and affordable for everyone. This routing is invisible during normal use and does not affect typical usage patterns.

By using AI Pro, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our AI providers' usage policies, including Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use AI Pro to generate content that is illegal, that sexually exploits or endangers minors, that facilitates physical or psychological harm to others, that constitutes harassment or targeted abuse, that infringes intellectual property rights, or that attempts to extract, reverse-engineer, or attack the underlying AI systems. We may warn, restrict, or terminate AI Pro access for violations of these terms, with no refund where conduct is found to be in serious breach.

AI output is provided "as is". AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results, and you should verify any output before relying on it for important decisions. We do not guarantee specific quality or behaviour of any AI provider, and we reserve the right to change providers, models, or features over time as the underlying technology evolves.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from tampering with Radial' code, bypassing license verification, or redistributing the software. Any unauthorized activity may result in termination of your license and potential legal action if necessary.

Reporting Issues

We strive to provide a reliable and high-quality app. However, if you encounter any issues, please notify us at support@appverge.net, and we will work to address the problem promptly.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to ensure Radial operates smoothly, unforeseen issues may occur. We are not liable for any data loss, device malfunctions, or other problems resulting from your use of Radial.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes to Radial or legal requirements. The most current version will always be available on this page. By continuing to use Radial, you agree to the updated terms.
